POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMME

You are requested to come for clearance with the original and three (3) photocopies of the following documents:
1.    O/L certificates along with the appropriate card(s) for verification of certificate.
2.    University first degree/HND certificate
3.    Relevant higher degrees/diploma certificates.
4.    NYSC Discharge/Exemption certificate
5.    O/L clearance certificate from FUPRE (for FUPRE graduates only).
6.    Birth certificate
7.    Certificate of state of origin
8.    Marriage certificate for married female students(evidence of publication of change of name, where applicable).
9.    Letter of admission to the Postgraduate programme.
10.    3 flat files.
11.    Printed copy of the online application form.
12.    Receipt of payment of for Acceptance of admission.
13.    Four (4) passport- sized colored photographs
14.    Original transcript if not already submitted

UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMME

1.    Remita Print-Out For Payment Of Non-Refundable Acceptance Fee, Duly Stamped By The Officer In Charge Of Student Account
2.    Institutional Copy Of JAMB Admission Letter
3.    Original Jamb / Direct Entry Result Notification
4.    Post UTME Result Notification
5.    FUPRE Admission Notification
6.    Senior School Certificate Result (WAEC,NECO or NABTEB)
7.    Birth Certifcate Or Age Declaration
8.    Local Government Letter Of Identification
9.    Eight Coloured Passport Photographs
10.    Four Coloured Post Card Photographs
11.    WAEC,NECO or NABTEB Result Scratch Card(S)
12.    Four Photocopies Of Each Of The Items In Nos 1-8 And 1 Extra Copy Of Item 6 (Making It 5 Copies Of Item 6).

FOUNDATION PROGRAMME

1. Receipt of payment for application fees
2. Online application confirmation page
3. Local government letter of identification
4. O’ level result
5. Birth certificate or age declaration
6. Coloured passport photographs

BASIC STUDIES (PRE-DEGREE) PROGRAMME
